Both the 2022 and 2023 MDX models have a range of powertrains available across their lengthy trim lineups. The higher trim levels offer a turbo 3.0-liter V6 engine that delivers 355 horsepower, all-wheel drive, Brembo brakes, a sport-tuned adaptive air suspension system, and sport-tuned auto transmission.
Appearance
The 2023 and 2022 MDX models are visually stunning and come with an array of impressive features. The pentagon-shaped grille features a crisp, vertical accent, and the edgy headlamps have LED light ribbons that run through them. The sides of the MDX reflect its power and luxury with smooth contouring over the door panels, a crisp accent flowing from fender to fender, and solid, angled accents across the center of the door panels.
